We don’t push people thru workouts like most personal trainers… we develop a customized strength, flexibility, cardio, and nutrition plan for you based on you, your goals, your time available to exercise, your current fitness level, etc. We feel that everybody is different and it’s important to customize a program based on the client, not on the trainer. No worries, we can help you, but of course you must meet us half way and we'll take you the rest of the way. It does take work and effort to completely change your body. We are up front and honest with our clients convincing them that it takes work, effort, time and energy to change your body. THE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS



Please note: Private on-site sessions are extremely limited and all potential clients must first schedule an interview before being taken on as a client. To do so, please click on the enclosed link and fill out the New Client Introduction Form.

The Twenty Five Program

This plan is perfect for men, women, teen or pre-teen who need to lose around 10 to 25 pounds. This plan allocates an even distribution between building muscle and losing fat. Most clients lose about 2 to 5 inches off of their waist in the first month and can even double their strength in 3 months. Clients will lose around 1 to 2 pounds of fat per week and about 4 to 8 pounds of fat per month. In the first week, this can be accelerated because some will hold excess water. So, in addition to fat loss, clients can lose in the first 20-30 days 3 to 10 pounds of water depending on their sodium intake.

 

Included is our unique nutritional plans and customized diets. We provide two services for the price of one. So instead of spending extra money on both a nutritionist and a personal trainer, we provide both services for one reasonable price.

Master Fat Loss Program

This plan is for new clients who need to lose 30 plus pounds and whose waist measurement is above the desired or normal healthy reference range. The design of this plan is to reduce overall body fat and to increase some muscle. The muscle training portion of this plan focuses on core muscle groups specifically legs, chest & back. Similar to The Twenty-Five Program, clients will lose 4 to 8 pounds of fat per month and because of the nature of this program in some cases they exceed 10 pounds including water weight.

 

Included is our unique nutritional plans and customized diets. We provide two services for the price of one. So instead of spending extra money on both a nutritionist and a personal trainer, we provide both services for one reasonable price.

Muscle Building Program – This plan’s main goal is to build muscle on women, teens and men. This is a very popular program and is well suited for the type of person who is generally thin, or slim built, needs to gain weight, build an athletic build, develop a hard body or retain muscle mass. This program focuses on the core and various compound exercises.  We are able to provide extensive training either via our state of the art tools with our on-line virtual personal training programs or by one-on-one on-site personal training at several locations with-in the Mid-Atlantic Region. We particularly pay attention to your posture and technique to minimize the onset of muscle discomfort and the risk of injury. We are also very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you, to keep you focused and engaged, as well as providing sufficient muscle confusion to drive continuous progress improvement in your muscle development. We want to train your muscles, not destroy them!  Something to also consider in muscle building is that certain supplements can make a major differences in the amount of muscle mass, strength, power and endurance you can build and development long-term.  We can provide guidance and direction on Natural ways to enhance your results.

A 30 minute phone consultation with a personal trainer. This "optional" phone consultation can be added to any of the above "Personal Training" programs (if not already included).  If you choose this option, at the beginning of each month, we'll select a date(s) and time(s) for our 30 minute phone consultation. We will discuss program options/details, goal setting, review progress of previous month, we will answer questions, motivate you and suggest strategies for your success towards your Optimum Body! (This optional consultation service is ONLY available for United States based clients)

Beach Body/Vacation Program

This program can be incorporated into any of the above programs and is perfect for the person that wants to get in shape yesterday. This program has clients train with one of our trainers 5 to 6 times a week and primary focus is to get results asap!

This plan is perfect for the weekend warrior to the professional athlete. This plan dedicates much time towards increasing speed, power, and agility. The Athletic Plan is perfect for soccer, basketball, football, surfing, snowboarding and skiing.

Body Sculpting Program

This more advanced plan focuses on training both large and small muscle groups and aims towards polishing aesthetics – specifically small waist, perfect abs and butt, and nice broad back and shoulders.   • Nutrition Guidance: Access to our on-line Nutritional Consultation program which provides critical data that allows for detailed dialogue that supports results and change in your body composition.
