Beach Body/Vacation Program
This program can be incorporated into any of the above programs and is perfect for the person who wants to get in shape yesterday. This program has clients interact with one of our trainers 5 to 6 times a week with a primary goal of getting you into shape at an accelerated pace. This program takes a major commitment of time and effort on both the client and the trainer with the ultimate goal of producing immediate results in a very short period of time.
