We pay particular attention to your posture and technique to minimize the onset of muscle discomfort and the risk of injury. We are also very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you, to keep you focused and engaged, as well as provide sufficient muscle confusion to drive continuous progress improvement in your muscle development & conditioning. This is the traditional personal training one-on-one program. You are the client and we are your trainer. We can jog through the park together, work out on the machines or crunch abs together. In this type of training situation, we're not your drill sergeant but the motivational partner who supports you in your goals. You run 2 miles, we run 2 miles with you. Its as easy as that.  We want to achieve your goal together, and that is enough motivation for us to work just as hard as you do to help you achieve your "Optimum Body."  This can be conducted via our Virtual Online Personal Training Programs or in an On-Site Personal Training environment within one of our partner gyms in the Mid Atlantic region.

Of course, to help make this work we start by basing the training for the entire family on the minimum skill level of all family members and then provide customization from there to keep everyone engaged and focused. Groups, Team Fitness or Team Weightloss

Our group fitness programs are exceptional, providing a workout experience that is sure to leave you wanting more! All Group Fitness classes include modifications for all fitness levels to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their fitness goals.  If you prefer not to train alone it may be beneficial to explore our Group Fitness or Team Weightloss Programs. Having a group of friends or group of soon to be friends to be part of your Group Fitness and Nutrition plan provides great Esprit De Corps.  This can be conducted via our Virtual Personal Training Program or in an On-Site Personal Training environment  Many feel it is helpful to have friends with you, so you can cheer each other on or if you like the competition of a group and want to compete against others  you can do so in our Virtual environment.
